Boots has recently embarked on a recruitment drive to fill Customer Assistant vacancies in a number of airport stores including over 100 hires across several Gatwick Airport stores.

The Gatwick stores, located in both the North and South terminals, are offering a variety of full and part-time roles and provide an exciting opportunity for individuals to get their careers off to a flying start.

Working in retail within an airport setting is different to the high street and Boots’ Gatwick stores are no exception. With a huge variety of customers and unique challenges, the dedicated Customer Assistants in Boots’ Gatwick Airport stores are always busy and each day brings new opportunities.

Employees at these stores work shift patterns that include early starts and late finishes. In return, full training and development is offered in order for employees’ careers to really take off.

Boots is looking for candidates that are able to start work over the next few months for seasonal roles until the end of summer. However, there is the potential for successful candidates to carry on working in a Boots Gatwick Airport store through the summer and beyond.

Applications are encouraged from people at all stages of their working life who are able to deliver legendary customer care, time after time. To be successful a restricted zone airport security pass is required. In order to get this, candidates need to be able to provide a five year work history with any gaps being accounted for and a criminal records check must be obtained.
