An informal get-together for business operating in the aerospace sector or involved with airport related products and services is being organised on Thursday, 2nd October from 12.30 to 2pm at Basepoint Business Centre, Crawley.   The intention is to provide an opportunity for firms based in the Diamond to build new relationships and strengthen links to creatively respond to opportunities in the UK marketplace and overseas. 

Businesses of all sizes are welcome to attend, with lunch hosted by UK Trade & Investment.  UK Trade & Investment is the Government organisation that helps businesses to trade overseas and reach their full international business potential. Their local team of trade advisers includes a dedicated Aerospace & Airport Sector Advisor, offering a range of services from market reports to helping set up meetings with potential customers, agents or distributors.  They are keen to encourage UK businesses to establish partnerships with the world's most innovative technology led companies, and a specific sector Trade Mission is being organised to Dubai & Abu Dhabi in mid November.

Our colleagues from the Gatwick Diamond Enterprise Hub, Business Link, Cadia and Sussex Enterprise International Trade Services are also supporting this initiative.  It is free for relevant businesses to attend but is by invitation only.  There are just 20 places available for businesses specifically operating in this sector, so please register your interest soon if you would like to attend.
